This is a modified version of PHP-Spamassassin KAM v.0.2.11

It allows for authentification against a database, and has added some more
functionality like enabling/disabling the scanning per user and per
domain (useful for hosters) and the possibility to take the defaults
from the @GLOBAL user when a new user logs in the first time.

Most of these modifications require Exim as your MTA but some of them like
the @GLOBAL defaults will be worked into the main package.
